RefectoCil | Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint • Blonde Brow (15ml)

Blonde Brow is a bleaching paste and can lighten eyebrows by up to 3 shades. It must be mixed with Refectocil Cream Oxidant and cannot be blended with other RefectoCil tint sades. It is suitable for use on eyebrows only.
